After exposure to the sun, apply all over the body in a circular motion. In case of sunburn, apply a thick layer without massaging and let the skin absorb the cream. Repeat frequently and as much as necessary until the skin no longer absorbs the cream.

After the exposure period, use Silky Body Lotion Ref. 980, or in case of very dry skin, Intense Body Cream Ref. 164. For the face, use the care cream corresponding to your skin type.
